New Hellenic 3rd grade High School

The new educational book NEW GREEK 3rd Grade High School – Theory and Teaching Suggestions for the Unified Examination of Modern Greek Language and Literature is a comprehensive teaching proposal targeted at the new method of assessment and the material of the Bank of Graded Difficulty Topics (IEP).

It is organized into two (2) axes:
1. Modern Greek Language and Literature: The Theory [examples, applications and exercises drawn from texts in the Topic Bank], structured into the four (4) topics of the Unified Examination Competition:
• The First Topic: Sectional or Focused Summary
• The Second Topic: A. The context of the texts [The context] – B. The ideas of the texts – C. The rhetoric of the texts – D. The language of the texts – E. The organization of the texts – F. The comparison of the texts – Appendix 1: The texts [Textual sorts – Textual genres]
• The Third Topic: Interpretive commentary – Appendix 2: The theory of literature
• The Fourth Topic: Discourse production

2. Thirty-five (35) Teaching Proposals. Each Teaching Proposal is organized based on the Topic Bank Texts and includes:
A. Proposed Theory – Focus Points
B. Evaluation Criteria [35 total]
C. Exercises / Applications to the Proposed Theory [300 total]
